Commissions of Tsa Tsas for Group Events

From time to time, the Tsa Tsa Studio takes on the commission of large numbers of tsa tsas to be offered to the public at group events such as Dharma teachings, retreats, empowerments and other public functions. In these cases, a sponsor - usually the organization hosting the teaching or event - requests Tsa Tsa Studio to make a quantity of a specific Buddha that is appropriate for the event, and the sponsor is charged a low commission rate for the tsa tsas.

The commission rate applies for any quantity over 100, as long as the tsa tsas are all of the same image and in the same color or metal. If a variety of colors or metals is requested, the commission rate will still apply, providing at least 100 of any one color or metal is ordered. The cost depends upon the number of new molds that need to be purchased and the cost of the materials being used. A deposit (usually 50 percent of the total) is required at the time of ordering to help us pay for materials and molds.

Please note that, due to the Studio's small staff and working space, we require plenty of lead time for large commissions. 	June 2000 - Tsa Tsa Studio made 500 Lama Tsong Khapa tsa tsas for His Holiness the Dalai Lama's teachings in Pasadena, CA. Sponsor: Land of Compassion Buddha, West Covina, CA.
	May 2001 - Our largest commission to date! Tsa Tsa Studio created 8,000 Medicine Buddha tsa tsas for His Holiness the Dalai Lama's Medicine Buddha empowerment in San Jose, CA. Sponsor: Land of Medicine Buddha, Soquel, CA.
	November 2003 to present - Tsa Tsa Studio has made over 500 hand-painted gold Maitreya tsa tsas for Maitreya Project's Heart Shrine Relic Tour. Sponsor: Maitreya Project.
